We are working with a client that is looking for a fully competent ERP Functional Consultant professional who has a broad understanding of solutions and implementation best practices. This functional consultant provides consistent creative and high- quality Solutions & Services to the customer’s satisfaction with the following considerations:
Responsibilities:
- Facilitating / Supporting Business Process Mapping / Product Walkthrough
- Compiling Business Requirement Document (BRD).
- Preforming Implementation with:
o System Configuration
o Assist with Integration/Customization
o Solution Walkthrough
o User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Support
o End-User Training (EUT)
o Data Migration
o System Commissioning (Go-Live) Preparation & Support
o Post Implementation Support
- Providing ongoing Customer Support
- Performing Internal Training and Playing Mentorship roles.
Requirements:
- The candidate should have experience of 3-5 years working as an Implementation/Functional Consultant with Oracle NetSuite or competing solutions.
- NetSuite certification preferred.
- Should be well versed with NetSuite products/modules along with in-depth knowledge on one or many of the following business processes:
- Finance & Accounting / SCM / CRM / Service Management / Manufacturing
- Should have implemented or actively participated in at least 5 (five) NetSuite implementation projects.
- A good understanding of Workflow, Data (base) Structure, Custom Fields & Records, Saved Searches,
Reports & Dashboards is essential.
- Understanding on integration, customization, and other ERP implementation related principles is beneficial.
- Excellent analytical and Creative problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication (both written and oral) skills and the ability to present complex ideas in a clear
and concise manner.
- A team player with strong interpersonal skills and multi-tasking ability
